Look no further, Heather is who you want in your corner when you’re buying (or selling) your home! We came to her with a house we’d already fallen in love with from Zillow. We were moving from the east coast, and didn’t even have our old house on the market yet, which we needed to sell before we could buy this one. Heather walked us through the process of buying with the purchase being contingent on the sale of our old home so that we could put in an offer as soon as we had the old house listed. She gave great advice when it came to negotiations and advocated for us throughout the closing process, even offering advice about the old house we needed to sell despite making 0 commission from that house. This was a huge help, since our realtor on the east coast was super uncommunicative and there was a lot that could have gone wrong and made the whole deal fall through on that end. In the end, we have a beautiful home in the Bitterroot Valley and I felt comfortable and informed during every step of the process.
