David worked hard but more importantly he was flexible. We worked for 4 months off one set of criteria. Then, over night we threw David a completely different 180 degree directive and we closed within a month. David worked hard even though the selling agent seemed ignorant an/or lazy in dealing with the sellers and ultimately got the deal to where it needed to be in both pricing and concessions. We will definitely use David on our next real-estate endeavor.

I personally do not believe that there could have been a singular better fit for me in my search. David was absolutely incredible and phenomenally easy to work with. His jovial disposition and laid back nature was solidly backed by pure competence and exceeded all of my expectations. I, myself am leaning into becoming a real estate professional very soon, and what I saw in David was what I would want myself to strive towards. He is focused and honed in on purely providing value in any way that he can for his people. He develops relationships, not commissions… Whilst still early in his career himself, he willingly tackles any compound complex situations/problems with vigor and a smile on his face. He was unbelievably easy to work with and someone that had such an incredibly infectious and jovial disposition that was undeniably helpful through the process of me purchasing my house. As I start my career in real estate, I believe I will still recommend him as long as I can without it impacting my own bank account. Truly great professional. David has lived in the San Antonio area for the past 36 years where many of his family members have served in the military. He enjoys the culture and diversity this community brings along with the kindness everyone displays. David gives back to his community by volunteering at his local church and the Wounded Warrior project.
