About Margie

Margie Casey began working for residential builders and commercial real estate developers in 1981. In 1998, she was named Small Business Person of the Year by the Plantation Chamber of Commerce for her business achievements and community service related to her 10-year retail and event business—an honor personally presented by former Governor Jeb Bush. Her high-profile clients included the Florida Panthers, Plantation General Hospital, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and several celebrity clients.

In 2006, she resumed her real estate career, obtaining real estate, appraisal, and mortgage licenses to gain a deeper understanding of the home-buying and selling process. Her analytical and marketing skills provide today’s sellers and buyers with a strategic advantage. As Founder of Real Estate Scorecard, she has guided thousands of buyers through the relocation process since 2011 and continues to do so.

In 2016, she and her husband, Dennis, moved to Duck Key in the Florida Keys. In late 2018, she joined the Florida Keys Real Estate Group as a Broker Associate to provide the highest level of service to buyers and sellers.
