About Kristin

The Winter Berger Team was formed in 2013 after Monica Berger asked Kristin Winter to list and sell her home. Monica had the utmost confidence in Kristin's capability, and sure enough, Kristin ended up receiving multiple offers on Monica's home, which sold for over list price. After working together on the listing and sale, they knew they could offer clients something special. Monica has extensive experience in building and renovating homes and ongoing knowledge of current aesthetic appeal.
