We cannot thank Jessica enough for all that she has done. We started this endeavor with her about a year ago and at the time were planning on buying a house. And then that transitioned to building one! Jessica stuck with us despite all of the roadblocks we hit along the way with the bank and builder. It can be difficult to trust all of these groups, especially when so much money is at stake, but we felt that Jessica, out of everyone we were working with was 100% on our side. Her expertise and advice were very helpful. She was always easy to contact and quick to return messages. Jessica is professional, knowledgeable about the industry, and very down to earth. All of these qualities made working with her very easy. Our vision is finally coming to fruition and we couldn’t have done it without her help. We don’t plan on another buying a house anytime soon, but if we were, we would definitely work with Jessica again.
