Made Us Feel Like We Were Her Only Customers We met Corinna when we arranged to see a house she had listed for sale in a neighborhood that we had lived in before and thought we would like to go back to. Not to be the case. It took us almost 9 months to find our "forever home" and it certainly was not for lack of trying. Corinna made herself available to us both night and day, on the weekends and at odd hours as we scoured the northern neighborhoods of Melbourne. We had some extremely specific requirements and that made the search more challenging. Each home seemed to have something we liked or did not but no one home; it all...until one afternoon. I saw the house ad at 4pm, met her for a showing at 6pm, made an offer at 7pm. And confirmed it the next day with a signed contract! All along the way Corinna kept positive, saying 'your house is out there, we just have to find it". And we did! She was with us every step of the way and 3 weeks later we signed on the dotted line. Even after we bought the home, Corinna was most helpful with recommendations for other contractors/workmen to come and make the changes to the home we were needing to happen. We were very happy with the work provided though her contact., During this journey, Corinna maintained an excellent attitude towards us, her customers. Nothing seemed to faze her and no request ever shook her calm and confident demeanor. She made us feel as though we were her only customers. Her knowledge of the real estate market and the home-buying process was exactly what we needed to help us realize our goal. I like to think we made a "forever friend" and we would not hesitate to recommend her to others seeking a great realtor! Always Working for Her Clients Corinna Daninger truly is All the Real Estate you need! My family was recently part of a company sponsored relocation package from California to Florida. We had one visit to Florida to begin house hunting. We've done a fast relocation before, though experience doesn't make it easier. We're accustomed to 10-15 showings in a day, maximizing our time frame to make an educated decision to purchase our new home. Not only did Corinna Daninger keep up, but she also excelled and delivered on every facet of the house-hunting process. She was organized, very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative regarding all the areas we were searching in. She maintained excellent and high levels of communication while we had returned to California to prepare for the move and sell our California home. Which is an amazing feat because I KNOW she had more clients side from us. She is strong, diligent, upbeat, and very friendly. She knows how to read between the lines of Real Estate ( I definitely do not), and she even shared that knowledge with us when it was pertinent to our us, our purchase, or our situation. ** I wish SHE had been the agent selling our home in CA!

I met Corinna many years ago through a mutual friend. We became instant friends, talking a hundred miles an hour about all sorts of things, including her passion for Real Estate.
