Having June McKenzie as our realtor in the sale of our beloved mountain home exceeded our expectations in myriad ways. Not only is June an exceptionally warm and lovely person, she is the consummate professional– knowledgeable, resourceful, reassuring, supportive, patient, present and positive. She has a particular understanding of and appreciation for selling a mountain home. During the entire process, June was an exceptional and thoughtful communicator; always checking in with us and keeping us focused. There were a few issues concerning our home that we needed to address before securing a sale. June guided us in a way that not only reassured and motivated us, but also gave us the resources to address what needed to be done. All throughout the process, she gently guided and directed us so that we would always be on top of any deadlines. June was also incredibly patient in waiting for us to buy our new home before putting our house on the market. And when that time came, she was fully prepared having created beautiful marketing materials to present to potential buyers, as well as setting up the photography of our home with an outstanding photographer who provided not only a gorgeous layout but a 3-d online walk-through at June’s request. June also educated us on the value of our home, and put it on the market at a value that exceeded our expectations. Throughout the entire process she was our advocate and friend. Our house went under contract in nine days of being on the market and at full asking price. This happened when many houses were going past 45 days. Even after we moved out of state, after our home’s sale, she called to see how we were doing. This is the kind of exceptional realtor and human being June McKenzie is.

As a individual I have high expectations, June exceeded every expectation I could possibly have. Due to an unexpected death I needed to sell a home, being 1200 miles away It was going to be difficult. June was truly amazing, she provided contacts to services I needed and so went above what you would expect from a realtor. If I ever need a realtor in Colorado June will be my person. June is an incredible real estate agent who guided me through the mountain home buying process from beginning to end.
