I am Siria Herrera Badilla, a proud Costa Rican, real estate professional, and entrepreneur. As the Broker and Owner of CENTURY 21 Pura Vida, I lead a team of exceptional agents serving clients from our offices in Jacó, Tamarindo, and Atenas—three of Costa Rica’s most vibrant and beautiful regions.

I was born and raised in Esparza, where my parents instilled in me strong family values and a deep love for our country. That foundation continues to guide me in both life and business. With a background in tourism and community development, I have always believed in the power of genuine connection, sustainable growth, and doing good work that benefits everyone involved.

I bring over 15 years of experience in property management and more than 10 years in real estate, which allows me to provide comprehensive, results-driven service tailored to each client’s unique needs—whether they’re looking for a luxury beachfront residence, a commercial investment, or a peaceful retreat in the hills.
