We met Ryan at an open house and are so glad we did! We worked with him for selling our house in Shoreline and buying a new house in Kirkland. For selling our house, Ryan gave great advice on updates to make before listing. And he was spot on for the pricing- he really has his thumb on the market. We listed our house on off peak time so were prepared for it to sit for a while. However we got an amazing offer and the house was sold! From listing to closing in less than 30 days- all thanks to Ryan!! We couldn’t have been happier. The market for buyers has always been really tough on the Eastside and Ryan worked tirelessly for us. We looked at so many houses and were quite particular on what we wanted. Ryan had off market listings and relationships with builders agents that made seeing homes before they hit the market a huge advantage for us. Ryan is so personable and friendly. He stayed positive through the search, and on more than one occasion watched our kids for us so we could explore the house and not worry they were destroying something in the other room! Born and raised in the Pacific North West and currently living in Kirkland with their son, their many years of experience in real estate investing, coupled with over a decade in the fire service and marking services have provided them with valuable skills that they uses on a daily basis in real estate.
