Josh has and continues to be phenomenal as we relocate from Wisconsin to Florida. The first home we were set to close on was damaged by Hurricane Helene and we were devastated. Josh walked us through the process of opting out of our initial contract, managed our heightened emotions (our 5 year old had major surgery 2 days prior to the storm) and guided us to new options. He showed up every single time we needed him to and often before we even asked. Our family had a really rough year and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Josh. He makes himself available even when it might be inconvenient. He asks the sellers thoughtful questions and he puts 100% into everything he does. Buying a home in another state isn't easy but Josh made sure everything was taken care of. We now consider him a friend. During our most recent trip to Tampa, our son actually asked multiple times "where's Josh?" He truly is the best.

When we finally found one that fit our needs, he provided expert advice on all parts of the transaction from putting in an offer, to being in contract, and finally, closing.
