It’s hard to overstate how amazing Kimolyn has been throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home. We had a previous agent , that we couldn’t seem to make any progress with, we felt she was a pretty good agent, it wasn’t until we began working with Kimolyn that we realized there are vast differences between agents and basically different levels of expertise and Kimolyn is at the top of her game. My wife referred me, to Kimolyn, I had my own referrals that I was going to go with, but after 1 call with Kimolyn it was clear I didn’t have to look anywhere else. She immediately won our trust and got to work. I won’t lie, the house shopping experience isn’t fun, not because of the agents but because of the market over all, especially in an ultra competitive market. I simply do not see how I could have gone through this experience with anyone other than Kimolyn. Her wealth of knowledge , expertise, professionalism, and work ethic, are all great an amazing things. What I really appreciated about her is that she was so sweet and love able to us, but when it came down to contractually protecting us, and being aggressive in the market she was ferocious and unrelenting. We had a situation with a seller, that , 3 agents, 2 brokers , 2 lenders, and 1 appraiser said they had never encountered anything like this in their entire collective careers. We had a nightmare of a seller, I can’t make it clearer than to say , I don’t see how we could have gone through this and come out of it on the other side with the house we dreamt of, with anyone other than Kimolyn. If could refer her to 1000 new clients I would simply because she deserves it. As a business owner I deeply respect her high standard of operating , her commitment to her word, and how dedicated she is to her clients, she goes all out. The only sadness me and my wife felt throughout all this was after the sale was done we knew we wouldn’t get to talk to her everyday. She didn’t just make satisfied clients with us , she made friends and family.

I must say that Kimolyn, from Keys with Kimolyn, is the best in the business. She found a home for me in Newnan, GA that is gorgeous and on nice acreage. She listens, understands, is receptive and just all around fantastic! Above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate transaction, this woman is a powerhouse!!!!
