Becca did an AMAZING job from start to finish, and even after we bought our house. We found her online, and after we reached out to her we set up a meeting time to go over terms and see if we wanted to sign a contract with her. We were first time home buyers, and we didn't know much about the process. She walked us through everything, and handled it all for us. She was very communicative, genuine, and had very flexible availability. Becca answered all our questions very well, and even when she didn't know the answer she found out for us. Even when we called her at 9am or even 7pm, she picked up the phone. Whatever time we needed she was there. She really put in the effort to get us our dream house. During tours she pointed out things that I would never notice, and made good recommendations based on her experience. Once we found the house we wanted, she handled everything with the seller. During negotiations, she recommended what we should offer based on the disclosure on the house and asking price. We got seller credit to pay for all of our closing costs, repairs, and even got some cosmetic items covered! The house appraised for 20k over what we paid, which was immediate equity into the house. While under contract, Becca set us up with contractors to take care of various repairs for us. She gave us multiple choices too so we could compare rates and services. Becca did more than I'd expect from anybody, she went above and beyond every step of the way. I am extremely satisfied with the house I got, and I would tell anybody and everybody that they should choose Becca to help them buy their home.

Born and raised in Orange County, California, she studied Political Science at the University of California, San Diego. After college, she moved to Washington, DC to begin her career in the events industry. During her eight years there, she worked alongside some of the nation's leaders, which allowed her to enhance her skills in communication, negotiation, organization, and customer service.
