First, hitting market with the correct listing price is important to generate maximum interest in a property while protecting the home’s value. Second, Ava’s suggestions for home updates really maximized my home’s value for the least amount of money. Third, Ava spared no expense when it came to the staging and photography of my home. It must have been expensive to do all of the things she did! Result: I had about 10 showings in the first several days. I had a contract on the house in TWO DAYS. And the offer was within 99% OF MY ASKING PRICE! I can’t recommend Ava enough! She took a personal interest in my family and negotiated for us like it was HER money!
