Josh is very easy to work with. He is VERY knowledgeable about his work. Anytime we needed to talk to him he was there. What ever we needed he knew what to do.. Kept us informed on every detail. Joshua was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was fantastic to work with. We are moving across the country in the middle of winter and Josh has made it feel like such a seamless and easy process. He is a very honest man that knows so munch information about the local area and about the houses or properties that we looked at. He showed us the flaws in the houses and made sure we knew what we were looking at and getting ourselves into as well as pointing out things to consider.he was super timely and prompt with communication and making sure everything was completed correctly and in ta timely manner. We were able to find our dream home and dream realtor. Should we ever move or look into buying more property we will definitely be calling him again.

Not sure how we got so lucky. Josh was a house inspector prior to being a realtor, and these two viewpoints were very helpful for us because we bought from out of state. He was extremely honest about everything he saw, even though it didn't always benefit him. He also got us our house even though we weren't the highest bidder. He is confident and knowledgeable, and people trust him. He can recommend things and give you proper resources. He doesn't tell you what to do, but gives you info so you can make your own decisions. He is also more responsive than me, and I thought I was rather responsive. I recommended him for my mother in law.

Josh helped me navigate the complexities of my first out of state home purchase. He provided excellent service and had a great wealth of knowledge surrounding every aspect of the closing process. He went above and beyond and spent a considerable amount of time negotiating on my behalf and coordinating with the seller’s agent, title company, lender, etc. He also took the time to answer any questions I had and I was able to learn a great deal from him as we moved through the closing process. He stayed on top of everything and kept things moving forward. It really took a great deal of stress off of me, as the buyer, having him in my corner. He also used his home inspection experience to help me do a thorough final walkthrough.
