If I could give Jana 10 stars, I would. Jana just helped us find and close on our first home. We ran into some issues with our mortgage lender and our builder, but Jana was on it! She whipped everyone into shape, and got the closing back on track all while keeping us excited about our first home. Throughout the process she made sure that we were comfortable and informed, which are two incredibly important things for new home buyers to feel. Jana was great!!! Very professional and knowledgeable about the market and the home buying process. I highly recommend her to everyone. Her input, hardwork, and diligence allowed us to close on our home in less than three months. She had great suggestions, and wonderful contacts that worked together to make our purchase quick and easy. I had worked with other realtors that didn't return calls promptly and left me to search for homes on my own; not Jana she connected us to new listings everyday and checked in on us daily. Where do I even start !? From the beginning Jana was super friendly and had a ton of experience with being a realtor. Since this was my first home she gave me all the information I needed to be comfortable with the decisions I made. She was super responsive and stayed on top of things throughout the whole process. She took her time and didn’t rush things to ensure we had everything done. She was able to save us a lot on closing cost and the price of the house because of her experience. Jana was introduced to us by destiny, with a friendly approach and a good laugh a month later we closed on our new home. I told Jana I am not for this market I want to see a house and get it.
