Son, Husband, Father, Grandfather, Friend, Realtor.  Born in 1977; Married in 1998; 3 children; 4 grandchildren; More than 10 friends, really!!; Weighs about 190 lbs.; Brown hair; Brown eyes; Still put my pants on, one leg at a time; Ran two 5K’s; Anti Day Light Savings time change.

The Myth

Drove two different body styles of Ford Taurus’, in the same decade; kayaked the Price River, Green River & Colorado River, in the same year; Worked out at the Wellness Center with 3 generations of Metzger’s; Surfed in the Pacific & Atlantic; Closed over $5-million in sales, in a single week; Hired a business coach to further develop The Mike Metzger Team and grow leadership skills, and we are still gaining momentum!

The Legend

Listed more properties than most companies combined; Built the greatest Team in Real Estate history of Castle Country, ever; Rumored to own a secret mansion, but only in rumor; Various urban legends about my secret life, most not true, other than the one that I am crazy in love with my wife and would move mountains for her; Took on the roll of running the Team remotely to move to Florida and build a new real esate Team to serve Volusia and Flagler County; On top of all of this, we CARE, about our clients!!!  We, The Mike Metzger Team, we lose sleep when deal are going bad; we stay up late to creatively solve problems; we put in more hours to take care of our customers; we take classes to stay on top of our game; WE are ready to work for you!
