I have had the pleasure of working with Jeff in the past, he would sell my flips after I would remodel them in 10 days!!!!!! He would always get me top dollar and they where marketed all over. Jeff is very enthusiastic, knowledgable, a hard worker and has explained to my buyers why they are paying more and why for them my properties where always worth it.
