If you’re considering selling your home, you would be doing yourself a disservice by NOT contacting Justin first. I was going to initially sell my home as a for sale by owner. Justin came in and said he would list it for more. Once Justin and his great team listed the home, we were in contract in just a couple days for 30k more than listing, 45k more than I initially thought I would get for the home!
