Hello! My name is Niky, and I have been a proud Realtor and member of The National Association of Realtors since 2004. My journey into real estate began after I moved to  Lake Havasu City in 2000, drawn by the  personal watercraft racing scene. This passion for racing jet skis was not just a hobby; it was a lifestyle that taught me the value of determination, focus, and the drive to excel—qualities that I bring to my real estate career every day.  

Before diving into the world of real estate, I spent many years working for the Safeway Corporation. This experience provided me with a strong foundation in customer service, enabling me to understand the importance of listening to my clients' needs and working diligently to meet them. I believe that exceptional service is the cornerstone of a successful real estate transaction, and I am committed to ensuring my clients feel valued and supported every step of the way.  

While I may no longer race jet skis, my competitive spirit continues to fuel my passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. When I'm not busy facilitating smooth real estate transactions, you can often find me at Body Beach or mountain biking at SARA Park, one of the fabulous recreational gems of Lake Havasu City. Staying active is important to me, and I enjoy the beautiful surroundings while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
