My husband recently transferred here and we have never been happier. I can't imagine it would have been such a relatively painless experience had it not been for Lori Shaw, our realtor. After a lot of exhausting rental hunting and personal financial evaluation we decided to purchase our first home together. After many weeks of searching, a week long trip spent viewing properties with no luck, and a disappointing trip back home, she spent an entire Sunday viewing homes and sending photos while I was back at home, 20 hours away. She felt strongly about one that we loved in photos so we made an offer on a house we had never even stepped foot in, but at that point I trusted her enough that it didn't even seem like a big deal to us. She took care of everything. I can't stress how unbelievably easy she made this process. I hear horrible stories about stressful home buying but this was not anything like that. Of course, a few situations did arise that added some pressure, but Lori handled it. Every time. Lori and I worked with one of her lender contacts and these two ladies managed to get us closed with a VA loan in 3 weeks. THREE WEEKS! That's pretty much unheard of. Lori is a Military Relocation Professional and a Certified Florida Military Specialist and grew up in a military family, so she knows what we go through and it shows. I'm not posting to encourage anyone to purchase a home. I'm encouraging those that are considering a purchase in this area to contact Lori Shaw. For 31 years, I have been a full-time real estate managing broker and brokerage owner.  I’m licensed in both Arizona and Florida, bringing a deep knowledge of the areas that I work in to help my clients find the right home in the best locations.  In Arizona, I specialize in the Surprise/ Peoria area, Glendale (Luke Air Force Base), and even Prescott, AZ.  As a brokerage owner, I manage more than 45 agents.

 

I was a so-called “military brat” growing up as we travelled the globe at different stations around the world.  I am a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and specialize in the VA loan process and working with our active duty military and veterans in our communities.  I am also a strong supporter of our first responders, medical and fire, and our teachers assisting you with great expertise and guidance with all your home purchasing and selling needs.  

 

I customize solutions that fit each client’s needs at any stage of their homeownership journey.  With extensive education and certifications/designations such as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), I provide expert guidance through every step of the process, ensuring my clients have a successful transaction.
