About Graeme

A resident of the Champions area in Spring, TX for over 25 years, Graeme is an accomplished career sales professional and multi-million dollar producing Realtor.  While a Sales Executive with HP Inc. for 22 years, Graeme’s servant-leader approach was a major factor behind his long tenure of success and comes from an authentic desire to serve and a willingness to focus on the needs and well-being of others. Graeme genuinely cares about making a positive impact on the lives of people both at work and in his personal life and is respected as a motivational and influential leader and collaborator.

Today, Graeme’s aim is to apply the knowledge and expertise cultivated over the course of his career to deliver extraordinary service and results for his real estate clients.  Starting in January 2023, Graeme and his wife – Michele Miller – joined the team at Keller Williams Professionals (KWP) in one of the top real estate sales firms serving the Northwest Houston region.  Michele is a Broker Associate and serves as the Director of Growth for KWP.  A multi-million dollar producing realtor herself, Graeme and Michele joined forces to create a team that has helped hundreds of families and thousands of individuals buy, sell, and lease homes over the years.

In addition to his professional experience, Graeme obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the College of William & Mary in Virginia as well as a BA in Economics & English from William & Mary where he played Division 1 college football and was captain of the team his senior year.  Since becoming a realtor, Graeme has also obtained the following designations: Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation with Guild status for successful sales in the Luxury Market.

PERSONAL: Graeme and Michele have been married over 30 years and have two wonderful daughters (Mary Beth and Sarah).  Outside of work, Graeme’s interests include Fitness/Weight-lifting, Guitar, Texans football (season ticket holder), and Competitive Barbecuing (Chaparral Cookers).
