About Jennifer

As a Pennsylvania native, then a Washington DC area local for several years, I have slowly been making my way south, thrilled to have settled in North Carolina. My family and I have called the Lake Norman area just north of Charlotte home since 2014. With family here, I have been visiting the region for the past twenty years. I have always been drawn to the strong sense of community, economic growth, and fun outdoor lifestyle here.

An entrepreneurial spirit at heart, I was inspired to contribute to our growing and vibrant local economy, opening a boutique kitchen goods and homewares shop. The vision of the boutique stemmed from an enthusiasm to help people create beautiful and inviting spaces - encouraging cooking, eating, and entertaining at home. I was also the Marketing Manager at a local real estate firm before obtaining my license.

I love what I do! As a listing agent, I channel my creative marketing skills to showcase my sellers' homes in the best light. Every home has a story, and nothing immerses potential buyers into the story of a home more than modern and professional staging and marketing.

Working with buyers is a pleasure, too! Not only is the home-buying experience one of the most expensive investments we make in our lifetimes, but the decision affects almost every aspect of our life. Our homes are our sanctuaries, where most of our memories and traditions are made. It is a privilege to help buyers find their perfect fit!
