We were lucky to have Nicole as our seller agent! We were on a very tight schedule selling our house, with about two weeks to get our house in ready condition and list it. Nicole has been very responsive and showed her incredible resources. She identified and had three excellent contractors with different expertise working on our house to put it in a ready condition. Nicole also has a good taste and we were very satisfied with her staging. Nicole worked very efficiently and streamlined the entire project to meet our goals.
