Nicole is the Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Nicole Sloan Realty based in Montgomery, Alabama, a Multi-Million Dollar Producing Real Estate firm.  Nicole holds the ABR, GRI and SFR designations.  She is the Director of 1 Sync Technologies, a Multi-Million dollar Information Technology government contracting firm of which her husband, Eric is the President/Owner in addition to multiple business ventures co-owned by the couple.  Nicole is a co-host of The Sloan Blueprint podcast (alongside her husband Eric),Nicole was featured on the worldwide network-HGTV’s House Hunters, named the Alabama 1^st 2021 Entrepreneur of the Year, is a board member for the Wilson YMCA, has been featured on the cover of the Montgomery Business Journal, the Montgomery Advertiser, CentrAL Inc. magazine, the Troy Magazine and several other publications and accolades.  She is a member of The Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and is an advocate/donor for various organizations.
