They did not waste our time with trying to prove to us that it is a difficult time to sell and that we need to list for less to sell quickly. Our property was on the market for almost a year with Behroyan & Associates prior to changing our relators to Amin and Kathy. The best offer that was brought to us by previous relators was $580,000less then what Sabounchi’s were able to sell the property for. In my opinion this did not happen by chance. Amin and Kathy diligently spent few hours on the property brainstorming what will be the strategy and what minor upgrades we can do to the property for it to show better. So, they suggested few inexpensive items that we had implemented for the property to show better, also their access to Royal LePage Sussex international marketing campaigns surely gave our property greater exposure. But what I think did it in the end is the sheer hard work, day and night, by Amin and Kathy which warranted us in selling our property at the price that we wanted and in a quick timeframe. We found Amin and Kathy to be a highly attentive agents, almost as if we were theirs only customers, although we know that was not the case. They returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. They are also highly personable with an engaging personality. About Amin

After spending most of his childhood in Germany, Amin Moved to West Vancouver Canada in 1990. After graduating with a Business and Sociology degree with honours form the University of British Columbia, He started Selling Vancouver Real Estate in 2002 at the age of 22 and shortly after got recognized as “the Rookie of the Year”. Most of Amin’s friends and clients would recognize him as an expert negotiator, loyal, and exercising full transparency while taking on a listing or a prospective Buyer. Being multilingual and speaking English, Farsi, German, French and Spanish has allowed Amin to deal with clients and families from all over the world.
