August 2021 Karen Supman was referred to us by Dr. Robert Bridge, a physician I was training with before starting my residency. We wanted to purchase a home which our family of five could enjoy for a long time. Dr. Bridge had worked with Karen on several homes. One afternoon, I toured a property which Karen Supman and Jim Mednik listed. It was a land lease home in Scottsdale. Karen took the time to thoroughly explain what is involved with a land lease property. The following week, I reached out to see if they could help with my move to Scottsdale. It involved selling a home in Tucson and finding a home in Scottsdale. First thing first: they connected me with a great agent in their company’s Tucson office. Next, we met on zoom to discuss their buyer process which starts with my submission of a wish list for my next home. Then, a portal was established which sent me current and new listings in the Multiple List Service, filtered to include only properties which met my criteria. Armed with current knowledge of the active listings, we set out to view properties. Their process is efficient, productive and produces quick results Jim said we would find my next home within the first 10 showings. It was very close to that number. When I found my ideal home, Karen established a working relationship with the seller’s agent before we submitted an offer. The exchange of information between them allowed us to craft an offer the seller would accept in advance of the home hitting the open/competitive market. Ocotber 10, 2022 THE BEST REALTORS ON PLANET EARTH One day I met a really nice, pretty realtor, Karen Supman, selling a house for another client. Three years later, I liked her so much that I thought of her first when I decided to sell my house. At this time, it felt like I was Karen's only client in a "chilleed" housing market! Karen and her partner, Jim, went above and beyond the call of duty selling my home in a very competitive real estate market. Karen and Jim held all the Open Houses themselves; they were present to listen to the comments of clients touring my home; so when they brought me suggestions about how to stage my house more pleasingly towards the Scottsdale buyer's eye, they gave me an edge. Unlike the realtor I used to sell my last house, who acted like a spider, waiting for customers to stumble into his web, Karen and Jim proactively started mega- blasting advertising, strategically pricing my home, and they personally held open houses every weekend. Linda Tucker was a previous buyer to one of my listings represented by another agent several years ago.
Karen and Jim were referred to us by Moving Station, a company which works with people moving into Sagewood, an upscale independent adult community in Scottsdale. We ionterviewed them along with a couple other realtors about ten months before we actually listed our home. We were immediately impressed with their knowledgee of the real eestate market; their marketing plan; and Karen mentioned she wouldd be editing and staging our home ( free of charge ). She explaineedd how this process made the home shine and would actually add value. Over the following months, they kept us informed what was happening in the market place and how sales prices were actually climbing. Before they listed it as "Coming Soon", theey sent an e-blast to 1000 other Russ Lyon agents in their office. The eblast they sent to aggents, in theeir office, brought us a willing and able buyer who made a very competitive offer which we accepted. During the following weeks, we discovered the buyeers had chosen a lender that wasn't able to do a mortgage on a land lease. Jim and Karen worked closely with the buyer's agent to quickly find the right leender and got our home to closee within a couple days of our original close. They took thew stress out of the transaction and we trusted their ability to get the job done. We felt they valued our relationship and recommended them to a family member. They did the same for him.
