Our experience began with Cara by talking through the rental investment strategy as well as the desirable locations in the greater Orlando area. Based on our input (budget, ideal home, ideal location), Cara provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs and what type of home we might expect to find within our budget. To start, we spent couple of days looking in each of the neighborhoods we short listed and checking out listings while Cara spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different things we saw in each house/community. About Cara

I specialize in new construction residential real estate.

Community service is a key pillar of my life and I am the Chair of the OSCAR Realtors Care Committee as well as the President of the Kiwanis Club of Davenport Four Corners. These organizations allow me opportunities to regularly volunteer at our local Loughman Oaks Elementary school, lead service projects at The Sunshine Foundation, deliver Meals on Wheels for the Osceola Council on Aging and hand out food at the Second Harvest Food Bank Mobile Food Drops.

I grew up in Vermont, but traded in the cold winters for warm Florida sunshine and I would love to help you and your clients do the same!
