Hey! I’m Vanessa, founder and owner of The AMPLIFY Group.

I love doing business differently.

My formal education is in Women’s and Gender Studies and I have an extensive background in marketing and branding, though my skills as a real estate agent are what I’m most proud of.

I’m passionate about inspiring, empowering, and equipping women to reach our limitless potential – whether I’m treating clients to a luxury home-buying experience and getting them into their dream homes or paving the way for fellow realtors to join us in our Amplified Agents Community to create the life, family, community, and impact we want.

I also believe in amplifying social good.

The AMPLIFY Group supports local nonprofits like EmpowHERment, Girls Rock St. Pete, and First Ladies Farm and Sanctuary – and yes, girls and cats have my WHOLE heart.

Personally, I’m a hardcore Swiftie, ice hockey player, cat mom, and am high-key obsessed with my DJ husband and cat daddy Randy.
