Eda has assisted us in three real estate ventures. We sold our family home in Newton, Massachusetts in 2014 which was part of an executive relocation effort. Eda assisted us with preparing the house for sale. She brought in a team of handy men to make repairs and minor upgrades that made sense for marketing purposes and supervised the staging process herself. We had already moved on to our next position and we trusted Eda completely to manage the marketing of our home. On our return to Boston 6 years later she helped us ????nd a suitable rental property that was going to meet our needs as we looked to buy again. The high end Boston rental market was competitive and Eda went the extra mile putting in timely offers working late on weekend nights to do so. She was patient and encouraging and we were able to meet our needs with a perfectly sized and located apartment. Relocation to the USA As a newcomer to the area and to the USA it was a pleasure to work with Eda Mayer through our purchase process. When we decided to relocate with GE our relocation team provided me with feedback that as I was away from the country for 9 years it would be pretty impossible for me to buy a house right away. That said haven relocated my family and two boys I could not imagine bringing them into a rental property. The dream of bringing my boys to their own house and rooms was shattered.
