Polly was great! When I started my home buying process I initially chose a listing agent of a home I was interested, and that experience was not great. We missed opportunities to submit offers, it took days to schedule viewings, and the communication was sub-par. I had given up. I told that agent I was taking a break, that I’d go my own route and services were no longer needed. About a week later, I saw 6-units listed in the same complex and I called every listing agent to get more information. All 6 responded, but I was more interested in Polly’s unit (over a unit that was completely remodeled). I think I got very lucky with this process. She made this process very easy for me. She understood I was an out-of-state buyer, and serious about purchasing. She really went above and beyond by sending videos, video calls, being there for inspections, working/coordinating with a friend who was living in Phoenix. She communicated her schedule, returned phone calls and was very transparent with the whole process. Again, very easy to work and communicate with. I was so happy to have closed, to meet her and her husband. I very much recommend her! I got extremely lucky.
