We did only virtual viewing because we are in California and the house we want is in Texas. SHERRI MURPHY is the BEST! The portal she set up for us helped tremendously in vetting houses. As first time homebuyers and coming from TN, we did not expect to close so early, specially in the highly competitive market in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Sherri was patient with our ever-changing needs, and narrowing down search criteria in trying to find the best possible home to suit our needs. She set up ad-hoc meetings for prospective homebuyers at her office to explain everything in detail. We had tons of questions, sometimes silly ones, and Sherri would always respond with a smile. She has the right knowledge of the market conditions and the right expertise in guiding us during our times of uncertainty. She came to every house visit, and gave her honest opinion on the suitability of the home. Once we closed the house, and we were back to TN, Sherri kept checking in on us, and even helped us by visiting the house to check on the progress.
