Erika Mendoza is an all star agent. She helped me sell two houses one in 2019 and another in 2020. I didn't even have to put the first one in the market. As soon as I told her that I am selling, she brought in a buyer from her nextwork in couple of days. Second one was tough to sell due to HOA restrictions, but she was aggressive to hunt and found a buyer to meet the restrictions.
