In addition, the property was featured on the cover and centerfold of the Valley Real Estate Magazine. This exposure was supplemented with advertisements in local area media and the Washington Post. During the development of the marketing effort, we were given the opportunity to provide comments and suggestions. The opportunity was taken and several of our ideas were incorporated.
