Malissa is everything you would want in an agent. She has excellent knowledge about homes and the area. She has fantastic communication skills and is quick to respond to emails, texts, and calls. Malissa helped our family find the home we wanted without imposing her own preferences, yet she made sure we were well informed about each home we visited. She was very patient and didn’t rush us to choose a home even though we visited many, many homes. She even walked us through a few homes using a video call when we were out of state and unable to visit them ourselves. I am so happy I found Malissa! Malissa listened carefully to what I wanted and I literally purchased the first home she showed me.
