Heather Mann, a founding partner and managing broker of RE/MAX We Sell Paradise, has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Real Estate, becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2004 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

 

Heather has extensive experience with local and international real estate markets having earned the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, placing her among 3,500 elite real estate professionals in over 45 countries. 

As a passionate and seasoned expert, Heather will provide you with a first-class experience, having the knowledge and resources to efficiently work with international buyers and sellers.

 

A licensed member of the Costa Rica Global Association of REALTORS® (CRGAR), an international member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), as well a member of The INSTITUTE for LUXURY HOME MARKETING, holding many other designations including Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) as well as an e-PRO® Certification.

 

After Heather’s first visit to Costa Rica in 2005 she immediately knew she wanted to call Costa Rica her home, and in 2008 she made the transition and relocated permanently.

 

Heather is a sports enthusiast, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree of Physical Education (BPE), and is passionate about her grandchildren, her Doberman, sportfishing, gardening, and supporting the needs of her community whether in the South Pacific region of Costa Ballena or by serving the Costa Rican real estate industry as a vocal with the Board of Directors of (CRGAR) Costa Rica Global Association of REALTORS®.
