She also did an awesome job following up with the seller's agent to make sure paperwork was signed and that the process was moving forward. Our experience was the easiest and quickest I think it could have ever been. As a new home owner I’ve heard all the horror stories about the process of buying a house. With Tina I have not experienced any. She was extremely helpful in connecting us with plumbers, gutter cleaners and inspectors.
