About Shelly

I am a Reno local, born and raised. I joined Coldwell Banker because of the many opportunities to bring happiness into people’s lives. I thrive on helping people, and Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate gives me the chance to do just that. Formerly, I owned and operated my own business for 12 years, and it is still in operation. As a business owner, I relished the time spent with clients, and love the chance to do so. I also understand how to promote and receive high volumes of business and manage business relationships. This experience gives me an advantage in the real estate market, and I love sharing my success with my clients. I received a Bachelor of Science from The University of Nevada, with a concentration in Marketing. To further my education in the business and marketing field, I attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in an exchange program for a year. Pairing my education, experience, and hardworking and responsible work ethic, I have groomed myself to be the best I can. I value excellent and honest communication, and I implement it into all of my relationships with measurable success. I have been in the Top 100 for 2016 - 2024 achieving the International Diamond Society award and Presidential Circle Award each year. I was also honored to receive the Woman of Achievement Award in 2019. I am a member of the Relocation Department and a Cartus Specialist also assisting with Navy Federal members. I enjoy the fulfillment of working with clients to assist them in familiarizing themselves with Northern Nevada area. Working as a caregiver for a cancer patient for over 14 years taught me to meet the needs of others before myself. I am affiliated with Revivals Cancer Health & Wellness, Power of the Purse, Nevada Women’s Expo, Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer and Renown Auxiliary.
