I have been in the business since January 1996, starting as a part time investor and rehabber at the tender age of 24 :). I got my license in 2006 and started with a smaller regional brokerage simply to buy more properties more quickly - and when the crash of 2008/2009 came I decided to enter real estate full time as an agent. Thankfully I met with Keller Williams and haven't looked back! It was not my first brokerage, it'll be my last.

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, moving into the suburbs. I have a huge family, lots of friends, and great centers of influence/past clients all over the five-county area, which has created tremendous knowledge of the Metro Philadelphia area we call the Delaware Valley/Southeastern PA...and I am comfortable working throughout this region. I'll also consider heading a little further north into the southern part of Lehigh County for a referral in the areas I'm comfortable in.

Referrals: I have made it a PRIORITY to connect with agents from around the country in a mastermind/learning/sharing capacity. Much of my business is based on relationships and agent to agent referrals. In 2020 I will pay out at least $50,000 in referral fees - a testament to my skill at connecting with, keeping in touch with, and most importantly developing a win-win for my referral partners, as I look for opportunities to help them back when possible. I am a connector - and make it my goal to help good people meet other good people. I keep track of agents I speak with, and leverage my connections to assist them in meeting other agents when the need arises in their areas of service.

The Matt Harnick Team is a small boutique operation. I'm proud to have served multiple years on the Board of Directors for Keller Williams Real Estate in Blue Bell, as well as our Greater PA Regional Board Of Directors - and also to have my CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), GREEN (Environmentally Conscious) designations!  Additionally I'm a founding member of the Keller Williams Social Equity Task Force!

Qualifications/designations/awards:

* I am a $15M+ solo producer with BIG GOALS, and a KWRI Triple Gold Medallion winner!

* I have been on my office's ALC (Board of Directors for non KW agents) four times since since 2015 and plan to continue giving back as long as they'll have me.

* I've taken BOLD 4X so far, with plans to hit 10, and have learned quite a lot from it.

* I am an IGNITE instructor and really enjoy meeting with and teaching newer agents!

* I am a member of BNI International since 2011, a president, education coordinator & retention coordinator of my local chapter, and have made it a point to connect with other members of BNI from around the country.

* I have my ABR (accredited buyer representative), SRS (seller representative specialist) and GREEN designations.

* I have been a Philadelphia Magazine FIVE STAR REALTOR award recipient each year consecutively since 2012. LESS THAN 4% of the 30,000 agents in the Philadelphia area are even considered for this honor.

* I am a THREE TIME second place finalist for TOP REALTOR in Montgomery County starting in 2016.
