She truly understands her market and stays abreast of all market info and trends. In my opinion, she is absolutely brilliant.  Andrea Simpson is a Tampa native who enjoys sharing her vast knowledge of real estate and the area’s many cultural, social and recreational opportunities and historic landmarks.

Andrea’s journey of careers has been quite broad. Growing up, she worked at her family’s restaurant in Tampa, which introduced her to the importance of providing exceptional customer service to all of her customers. Andrea began a professional career as an entertainer/dance professional with many Florida Resorts, Disney World, Super Bowl Organization and the Tampa Bay Bandits USFL. Andrea held the title of Miss Tampa in 1984 and enjoyed her commitment to the Miss America organization. Andrea’s many positions with the Burdines Department store were extremely beneficial to her experience with quality customer service.

Andrea is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in Criminology. Prior to her real estate career, Andrea owned and operated a concierge service for working professionals. She believes that her many business experiences have enhanced her ability to work with a wide variety of people and relate to their needs.

Andrea has a passion for sporting events and plays tennis and golf. She also has a strong interest in the arts which was influenced by her mother who introduced her to dance, museums, opera and Broadway musicals. In addition to these many interests, Andrea also enjoys architecture and design.
