About Jill

Jill grew up in Greenville, South Carolina and as a young girl that had the opportunity to take many trips to Lake Hartwell to fish with her daddy. Living in a mill hill, she developed strong roots and never forgot how her family dreamed of bigger homes while riding in the realtor's big cadillac. Since 2007, Jill has been enjoying life in her dream profession of making dreams come true for other families. When buying homes she has learned to look with an eagle eye as if that property was going to be hers. Selling homes the same way as if it was hers or she would be buying it. Berkshire Hathaway Home Services-C. Dan Joyner Realtors, Inc., is where her real estate license has always been. Jill displays loyalty through her career and on her way to celerating 35 years of marriage. Every year she strives to be in the top 25 agents out of 450+ company wide and an independent member of the local Better Business Burea. Additional leadership roles are lake driven like Lake Hartwell Partners for Clean Water, Lake Hartwell Association, Anderson Water Resources, Anderson Chamber of Commerce, Watermarke Community and church membership for over 23 years. Regularly you will see Jill demonstrating what she is passionate about in her extracurricular activities. It may be a lake clean up, raising money to complete The Trask Tank Tritoon or Blitzing her community clubroom then throwing parties to celebrate others and help them get through their mourning.  Her family keeps growing through her sphere of influence. Clients become friends then family.
