About Karen

Karen Willison is a native Collingwood professional woman who knows and appreciates all this area has to offer.  Karen has planned, managed, marketed and executed numerous real estate projects with outstanding results for her clients.

A dedicated and passionate REALTOR®, Karen is a repeated award winner, most recently receiving the Royal LePage Executive Circle Award (2024) Royal LePage Lifetime Achievement Award, Red Diamond Award in 2019 - 2023, the Diamond Award 2015 – 2018 and Director’s Platinum Award in 2013 and 2014.  She is regarded with great respect by clients and colleagues alike and is synonymous with honesty, integrity and due care. You can't help but enjoy her creative energetic spirit.

Karen returned to the area in 1990, recognizing the quality of life available.  At that time, she joined her father, the late Bob Davey, in business and created a diverse Sales, Marketing and Promotional company.  Numerous contracts were fulfilled over the years including Membership and Real Estate Sales of private residences at The Georgian Bay Club.

Karen was the first woman president of the Rotary Club of Collingwood and has hosted many exchange students from around the world.  During that time, she developed an understanding and appreciation for the various cultures in our world. Karen has served on numerous boards and committees and earned the Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award as '2002 Volunteer of the Year' making a difference both locally and globally.  When she is taking some personal time, you will likely find her on the slopes, hiking or sailing.
