Formerly a lifelong resident of Massachusetts, one visit to Charleston changed that for Dorothy Morgan. She found Charleston enchanting with it’s rich history and remarkable beauty. It was after her first visit that she knew she wanted to make Charleston her home.  

After leaving a successful career in commercial insurance sales, her business acumen and sales experience provided a natural path to real estate. She chose Carolina One Real Estate not only because they are a market leader, but also for their company core values and all they do to give back to the community. 

She will tell you that helping people plan to achieve their dreams for the future is exciting.
