He made it his mission to try to get to know me enough to make the area fit where I would like to be. That in itself was a challenge because I was all over the boards. At the close, he presented me with a nice check to help me with closing costs. He also offered to be my "Uber Driver" to get me to the airport when that time comes. We have been working with Mark Good for almost a year and have been amazed at his unrelenting patience with us in pursuit of the perfect retirement home. Knowing that it would likely be 12-18 months before we would move from Maryland to FL, we perhaps started the search prematurely. Our reason was that though we grew in FL it has been over 45 years and much has changed. We wanted a realtor that would educate us to the different areas in NE FL, St Augustine, Jacksonville and the Beaches as well as getting a better idea of home versus condo living with all the amenities and fees. We have made 4 trips to FL over the last year and each time Mark has made appointments for us to see multiple listings. He has graciously spend 1-3 days with us on each of these occasions. He is diligent in daily sending new or changed listings from which we select the homes to view. On several occasions, he has gone personally to see a property and take photos of the neighborhood. He has been quick to say that we would not be satisfied and give the reasons. Mark has invested a remarkable amount of time with us and for us. He is definitely a business person and ultimately wants to make a sale but he has never put pressure for us to purchase. In fact recently we had actually made a bid on an oceanfront condo. During this process, he took a trip to the property to view any damage after a recent storm. The photos of erosion were very enlightening and after extensive research we withdrew the bid. Over and over again, Mark has demonstrated that he is not self serving but at all times is working in our best interest. He is very professional but also very personable. He is very knowledgeable in the area of NE FL, and the business of real-estate. If ask something he doesn't know he either finds the answer or refers you to an expert. Here is some information about me that will help with your choice of who to work with.

I opened my own company in early 2009 when I realized I wanted to set the standards for how to help my customers.  I’ve always been a big believer in education and that continues even though I've been doing this for 18 years.  In 2024 I've expanded to help clients in three areas of Florida.  Now lending my analysis skills to clients in the luxury market.

I attended the esteemed Harvard LawSchool Program on Negotiation (PON) for four days.  Learning from other amazing students and the Harvard Faculty was special to say the least.  Holding a certificate from the Harvard Law School on negotiation is something only a handful of Realtors have done. It shows my commitment to adding to my skills at this level and serving my customers as best as I can.  In total now I have attended three Harvard Law School programs and two MIT Executive Real Estate programs.

I've  attended the Inman Luxury Connect in Beverly Hills, CA.  Many of the skills appropriate to the luxury market also apply to every price range and I endeavor to bring those skills toall my customers. 

Recently I've attended programs to help people in Divorce, Probate and Luxury homes.
