About Alecia

I'm Alecia Valencia, a dedicated Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker. Since obtaining my real estate license in 2018, I have been passionately helping clients navigate the dynamic housing market and achieve their real estate goals.

Before my career in real estate, I pursued my love for Chemistry and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from William Jewell College. While science was my foundation, my desire to assist people in finding their dream homes and investment properties led me to the world of real estate.

With a successful track record of closing 90 transactions, I have honed my negotiation skills and built strong relationships with buyers and sellers alike. I prioritize providing exceptional service and guidance to ensure each client's smooth and satisfying real estate experience.

Originally hailing from the Kansas City area, I moved to St. Louis in 2014. I spent five wonderful years residing in the vibrant Benton Park neighborhood, immersing myself in the local culture and community. I have been living in the beautiful area of Maryland Heights for the last five years, where I continue to cherish and nurture my passion for gardening.

In addition to my thriving career as a Realtor, I am also an enthusiastic marathon runner, currently training for my first marathon. The dedication and perseverance required in marathon training mirror the commitment I bring to my real estate profession.

When I'm not helping clients with their real estate needs or pounding the pavement in my running shoes, I find solace and joy intending to my large vegetable garden.
